Neil Gordon

Starting out as a field engineer and eventually undertaking several global vice president roles with some of the world’s largest oil and gas service companies, Neil has spent the most of his working life dealing with wells at all stages in their lifecycle.

Managing global product line portfolios with combined annual revenues of over $3bn, he also successfully championed and launched a number of new and innovative well construction technologies.

Dr Andrew Jaffrey

Andrew is driven to delve into the heart of technology, finding out how it can be improved or applied in new ways. Efficiency, safety and cost are the cornerstones of his work.

He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering & Technology with extensive experience in the global delivery of multi-million dollar physical and digital solutions. Andrew is a named inventor on 29 granted patents, with several more patents pending.

Elliot Kinch, Business Development Director

A well intervention and completion specialist with over 25 years’ industry experience, Elliot has dedicated over 10 years to the offshore deployment of well intervention, conventional and intelligent completion technology product lines.

His project management of the design and deployment of these technologies in many international regions gives him valuable connections, knowledge and understanding of the subsea arena and specifically the challenges faced by an industry tasked with effective well plugging and abandonment.

Jackie is the fulcrum of Sentinel Subsea. Her administrative skills keep the company running smoothly. From appointments and accounts to material procurement and marketing, Jackie’s impact on the company has been known to extend to donning a pair of overalls and helping unload the latest shipment of equipment.

Her experience ranges from client event management to tendering work and beyond.

Robert Thomson, Senior Design and Development Engineer,

With over 20 years’ industry experience in welding and fabrication backgrounds, along with a further 10 years designing in the decommissioning sector, Robert’s track-record is a testament to his design and development talents.

Driving the innovation of our technology, Robert uses his expert skills to provide mechanical engineering support to the design, development, testing, manufacturing, and operation of both new and existing products to ensure operators are supported on their journey to a sustainable future.
